Short Ayurvedic stay in Mariánské Lázně
This short 2- or 3-night Ayurvedic retreat includes comfortable accommodation and full board with selected beverages, featuring light and balanced meals based on a holistic approach to health and wellbeing.
Throughout your stay, you will receive individual care from an Ayurvedic doctor and experience a programme of traditional Ayurvedic treatments. During a 2-night stay, you will enjoy a full-body Abhyanga massage (50 min), a Shiroabhyanga head massage (30 min) and a morning breathing meditation (30 min).
With the 3-night option, you will additionally enjoy an Ayurvedic herbal bath and a Padabhyanga Ayurvedic foot massage (30 min).
You will also have unlimited access to our wellness area with a swimming pool, whirlpool, Kneipp path and four types of sauna (Finnish, steam, aroma and infrared), as well as the fitness centre. A soft bathrobe and slippers will be waiting for you in your room.
